“What I like most about my job? The atmosphere. I can always rely on my colleagues when I need support.”
My workday starts with checking the schedule. I look at which orders are planned and bring them to the machines I’ll be working on, or I continue where I left off the day before. I check their quality and test frequently if the cups are leak-proof.

If there are any problems with the machine, I first try to solve them myself. If it’s too complicated, I can turn to others for help.
What I really appreciate at CUPSZ is the atmosphere. I know I can always rely on my colleagues. The management is also flexible and willing to find a convenient solution for both the company and me as an employee. In this job, I’ve learned how to identify the source of the problem and how to solve it myself.

“I enjoy working at CUPSZ because I like working with machines and I like my colleagues.”
My workday starts when I arrive CUPSZ at 11:45 a.m. We begin by having a coffee together with colleagues. At 11:55, I go into the hall and meet with the team leader. I say hello and check which machines are planned for me. Then I get started.

What I like about the culture at CUPSZ is that the contact with the office and planner is very quick. If there’s a problem, it’s taken care of right away. That gives peace of mind.

The great thing about working at CUPSZ is that no day is the same. The work is varied and there’s plenty of room for personal initiative. This not only helps keep the work interesting, but also in your personal development. And the young, energetic team always ensures a pleasant working atmosphere.

I often start my day by checking the mailbox. I try to help customers as well and as quickly as possible. Additionally, I create quotes, enter orders into the system and schedule appointments with existing and new customers. This way I can maintain or create the best possible customer contact. I also work on several large projects that take up a lot of time during the week, such as a new pricing strategy, writing out a procedure or implementing an implementation plan.
What I appreciate about CUPSZ is the open communication. The lines are short and the organization is flat. You can always express your opinion and it is truly listened to and acted upon. Everyone counts. I have developed myself significantly both professionally and personally over the past period. I have become stronger in sales conversations, more skilled with systems and I have learned to take more responsibility.
