Where will you work?

We are CUPSZ—a young, dynamic, and well-known digital printing company in Tilburg. We help our clients boost brand awareness by printing on paper cups, salad bowls, and other food packaging. To keep up with growing demand, we’ve expanded our machine park, doubled our production space, and started a new partnership. That’s why we’re looking for you as our next Machine Operator!

What will you do?

You’ll join a young, energetic, and growing team of machine operators, print operators, and the technical service crew. Your print colleagues handle the initial material; you and your fellow Machine Operators turn it into the finished product. What makes your day special:

• Variety every day: loading semi-finished materials, adjusting machines to form cups, packing, quality control, and testing with sample liquids.

• State-of-the-art equipment: our in-house print shop and cup-forming machines need your care to keep production on schedule.

• No night or weekend shifts: you’ll work a two-shift system—morning and afternoon/evening—for a 38-hour week.

What we offer

Training on the job so you get to know the machines inside and out and can solve most issues yourself.

• Salary: €2,500–€2,950 gross per month (full-time, 38 hrs), tailored to your skills and experience.
• Work–life balance: full-time (38 hrs/5 days) in two shifts, with the option of a 4-day week if that suits you.
